change deployment strategy

i won’t be using builds.sr.ht for deploying anymore. instead, i’ll
just use the ./deploy script introduced in this commit to directly
push the relevant files to my web server.

in preparation for the next commit.

.rsync-exclude [new file with mode: 0644] blob
deploy [new file with mode: 0755] blob
