shell: tweak X settings, add ~/.xsession for starting emacs (exwm)

- set cursor from the default ugly “x” to a left pointer
- disable bell
- remove annoying one pixel border around emacs (using ‘-ib 0’)

My configuration for GNU Emacs and other programs
